Slice swiss chard into thin slices.
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup raw pine nuts
4-5 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
2 bunches chard, rinsed and chopped (keep slightly wet)
freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
1/4 to 1/2 cup kalmata olives, pitted and chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
Heat olive oil in pan and add pine nuts. Sauté 3-5 minutes till slighlty golden. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds more.
Add the wet chardand sauté till all is wilted and bright green (3-4) minutes.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, olives, and sea salt (to taste).
