Chocolate Nut-Berry Hemp Protein Shake Recipe


  • 8 oz milk (nut milk of choice)
  • 3 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • one handful spinach (less if the taste is too strong)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews (soaked) or 1-2 tbsp almond, cashew, or peanut butter
  • 1 cup organic berries - strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, cherry etc (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 dash Ceylon cinnamon


Blend together and enjoy!


If frozen fruit is not used, add ice.
