Cardamom Reishi Bliss Balls

You will need a food processor.


24-40 balls


2 cups walnuts 

3 cups almond meal

1 cup medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup virgin coconut oil, melted

2 tsp coconut flour (optional)

1 tsp vanilla bean powder (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)

1 tsp cardamom

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

2 pinches pink Himalayan sea salt

2 tsp reishi powder 

1/3 cup coconut shreds, unsweetened (more or less) - for topping

1/3 cup maple hemp hearts (more or less) - for topping


Process all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms. If needed add a couple of more dates or a spoon of warm water.

Gently roll into small round balls. Roll balls into dried coconut and (maple) hemp hearts.
