I've studied everything from Ayurveda to gluten-free, and from Paleo to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics. I am also certified as a CBD specialist/ holistic ECS educator.
With this training, I guide clients in the best way to support the ECS in various ways, especially through foods, exercise, and alternative therapies that help keep the body balanced.
My personal story is one of transformation. Growing up, I suffered from chronic ear infections, daily allergic reactions, asthma, painful menstruation cramps (sending me to the ER on a few occasions), and skin rashes, among other things. My poor diet and constant doses of antibiotics left me with food allergies and a weak immune system, all of which eventually led to food intolerances and severe tension headaches. When I was in my 20's, I was diagnosed with H. pylori, a bacteria that lines the digestive tract and wreaks havoc, especially when gluten is eaten. All of these health issues have truly been a blessing in disguise because they brought me to a path of health. Without the suffering, I wouldn't have felt the urgency to seek this out.
I now feel empowered and aware when it comes to making decsions about my food, health, and body. I feel I am now on a path to joy, taking risks and soaking up the goodness this life can offer. I am no longer a victim of the modern food industry and no longer on a path that will deplete my health.
I hope to get more people on the right path – a path of healing, sustenance, and longetivity – and I am forever grateful to the people who guided me to mine.
