Vegan Parmesan Hemp Cheese

Ingredients

3/4 cups raw cashews

1 tbsp Natera Himalayan pink salt hemp seeds

1/4 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Place cashews and seeds into a food processor. Pulse gently into small pieces.

Add garlic powder and lemon juice. Pulse 1 or 2 time to mix evenly.

Refrigerate and eat within 3 days. 

Use as a topping on your favorite rice or pasta dish.
