Sugar-Free Chocolate

This stevia sweetened chocolate can be used in any creative way you can think of. Melt and eat with fruit, add into baked goods, pancakes, etc.

Yields

4 to 6 cups

Ingredients

1/4 cup organic virgin coconut oil, melted 

1/4 cup raw cacao  powder

1/4 teaspoon plain alcohol free stevia drops  (NuNaturals brand is recommended)

pinch of salt 

You can add what you like such as raisins, crumbled up rice cakes, nuts, cocoa nibs, dired berries, etc.

Directions

Melt coconut oil on your stovetop. Add cacao powder and mix. Add stevia and adjust with more stevia if needed (start small because a liitle can have a strong flavor). (If you're not avoiding sugar, you can replace this with raw honey).  Add salt and any other ingredients that you desire. Pour mixture into a container such as: muffin tins, ice cube trays, square glass container, a metal container lined with parchment paper. Freeze about 20-30 min or till frozen. Store in the freezer or refrigerator. They may melt easily since due to the coconut oil.
