1/2 Green Pepper
2 Green Onions
1tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Rosemary, Thyme, and Sage
Optional: Add eggs, fermented tofu, or a breakfast meat of your choice.
Chop ingredients as thin as you like. Cook garlic and onions first. If adding meat, add that next, then peppers. Spinach and herbs can be put in last. Cook until veggies have softened.
Serve with hot sauce if you like a little kick!
