Prep 6-10 hours in advance
6 cups unsweetened almond (or other) milk
6 tbsp chia seeds
small amount of stevia (or maple syrup if not going sugar-free)
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Blueberries, dry roasted pecans, hemp seeds, coconut shreds, banana or other toppings
Combine seeds and milk in a mason jar. Add sweetner, vanilla and cinnamon. Cover jar with lid and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Top with your favorite toppings. Add more vanilla and cinnamon if desired. Enjoy!
